By registering for and using the DILG eLearning platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this User Registration and Participation Policy.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all users of the DILG eLearning platform understand and agree to the terms and conditions of registration, participation, and conduct. By registering for an account, users acknowledge their responsibility to comply with DILG's guidelines for responsible use of the platform.
